Built from Grant Awards published on the Australian Government's
GrantConnect —
grants actually given, and who received them, not calls for applications (Grant
Opportunities are a separate GrantConnect category and aren't covered here).
Each award is matched to a federal electorate from its delivery (or, failing that, recipient)
postcode using Political Gadgets’ own
electorate
finder data. A postcode can span more than one electorate, so matches are approximate, and not
every award carries a usable postcode.
Colour is grant value on a square-root scale, so a handful of very large electorates
don’t wash out the rest — click an electorate for its total, award count, and a link to
every award matched there. Use the tabs to switch between the last 7/30/90 days and all time
collected so far.
