Our capitalist society may appear to be a hive of competition, but there are networks between organisations. One of those networks is the overlapping of directors sitting on boards. Not saying there's anything wrong with a director being on multiple boards, just that it's interesting to know how many degrees of separation there are between Qantas and BHP.
