Donations Receipts
This gadget allows you to see the amounts that parties and realted entities declare as being paid to them (this goes beyond donations and includes things like rent). There are two ways in:
1 Pick a specific name
If you want to see the donations made under a specific name, click on the Names List - then either scroll or just start typing at the top to filter to the letters you know.
Note that sometimes the returns have variations on a name which means the same technical entity has multiple names - for example 'XY Group Limited' will show seperately to 'XY Group Ltd'. This is a flaw in the way the information is filed with the AEC.
2 General search
Or you can do a Search for any entity including your text - search on 'XY' to get variants on that name.
Note that this might give you too many hits if you aren't specific enough or if the name is common. Once you have a list you can filter using the drop-downs at the top of each column.
Have a play, it'll all become apparent.
Note that this information is distinct from the declarations of donations made by people and entities. In theory the two should match up but they don't so both databases are important.
