This gadget allows you to graph NSW vaccination data to demographic data. It is a collaboration with Actuarial Eye, and uses vaccination statistics from the Department of Health and Population statistics from the ABS (up to 7/8/21).
The driver for this gadget was the oft-repeated statement that vaccination was being slowed down by people's lack of English in some suburbs. The stats don't support that contention.
In fact, the better correlation is to economic disadvantage. Suburbs with poorer and less-educated people in them have lower vaccination rates.
